FactaryTraining

We are committed to the nonprofit sector. That's why we have delivered training to hundreds of nonprofit staff and board members and spoken at dozens of conferences since 1990.

We train fundraisers, philanthropists, advisers and consultants. Our training style is participative, active and, of course, well-researched.

One-to-one

Many training issues need one-to-one attention, time for you to discuss specific issues with an experienced trainer. Factary offers training and mentoring for you, in your office, working on your issues and problems, at your pace.

ShareTraining

For online training, we recommend ShareTraining. ShareTraining was developed by Chris Carnie and Helen Brown, and is managed as an initiative of the Helen Brown Group LLC.

ShareTraining is interactive web-based training. It's live, so you are working with trainers who have decades of real, practical experience. It's interactive, giving you the chance to pose questions and discuss key issues. And it's on your desktop, so there's no need to travel.

Workshops and seminars

The Factary team has made dozens of presentations, workshops and seminars to thousands of nonprofit staff and volunteers in conjunction with leading training providers. Chris Carnie, Helen Brown, and Martine Godefroid have presented, amongst many others, at the International Fundraising Workshop, at CASE, at NCVO and Directory of Social Change events.

Chris Carnie is the official research trainer on both the Institute of Fundraising and the Association Française des Fundraisers management-level training courses.
